They are completely concerned with the appearance on the outside to attract new comers. Then they show the nice little model with new carpet and no markings anywhere. THEN surprise, surprise when you move in it's a total Hell hole. They promise new carpet. The staff is there to make money and that is it. They could careless about your comfort. If you have a problem they don't address it. I had new roommates moving in and called two days before they arrived to see if I had anyone assigned. I was told no so imagine how surprised I was when three girls barged in on me eating lunch. Then you go down and there response is,
