I have lived in Casablanca for 2 years. During that time, I have had a great experience with the maintenance staff, they usually respond to my maintenance requests within a day, and are very courteous.
The office staff is very helpful with my questions, and always trying to help.
I know that some people don't like the fact that they are very particular when tenants move out, but my apartment was immaculate when I moved in. So they expected the same from me when I move out. I received 100% of my security deposit back, but I did clean the unit very well as should be expected.
I have seen how some people leave their apartments when they move out. Trash is just thrown out on the yard, they leave trash all over the backyard, and they generally don't have consideration for the people that have to clean up after them.
Mostly those kind of people are use to their mothers cleaning up after them, and don't feel that they need to take care of a rental since they don't own it. Time to grow up! How would you feel if you owned that apartment?
