The property address is 2735 SW 35th Place. Each "condo" may have a different owner, so some condos appear immaculate and some look as if they should be condemned. As far as I know, the interior of each condo is managed by AMJ, Inc. and the exterior is managed by Bosshardt Realty.
The management and staff of AMJ are rude and dishonest. My place was not ready at the given move-in time, and there were many issues with the place (pests, filth, leaks, missing fixtures, incomplete repairs, trash all over the yard and no yard maintenance, etc.), many of which they knew about, but for whatever reason, refused to tell me about or handle before I got there. I am guessing it is so I would be held responsible for those issues when it came time for me to move out. AMJ is ridiculous. They are so strict and have so many rules and guidelines about what the tenants must do, yet when you hold them accountable in the same regard, they give you a million excuses.
I expected more from a company with "expertise" as a "Developer, General Contractor, Property Manager, Realtor." I would not recommend them, nor would I do business with any entity in which they are involved.
