The management loves to tow cars, any car, even their own
resident's cars. The management is too inexperienced to actually show appreciation of their tenants by checking to see if they have properly been taken care of. They are also show extreme lack of attention to personally give their tenants car decals. Also, the employees at the estates sound like valley girls, instead of mature individuals who can offer help.
