A few of the employees are nice and helpful but most are rude, even during resign season (which by the way is only 1/2 way into the year). The place collects dust like no other, and Phase 2 is very poorly constructed. Don't waste your time putting in a work order, it will never get done. They say the bus comes every 10 minutes, but that's a lie and when it drops you off you have to hike back to your apartment in the pouring rain. Maid service sucks, its just a way for management to come and see if you're harboring illegal pets, even though cats roam all around and the girl upstairs has a huge lab (who have never been caught).
You pay for services that you never use, the gym is not quite "State of the art" and most things are broken, and the gates are never ever used. All in all its a nice place to live if you don't mind noise, dirt and will actually use the pool.
