It took 7 months for maintenance to fix the heating and a/c in my room only after I served them with a 7 day letter of intent to terminate my lease because of noncomplaince. It takes several weeks and many repeated phone calls to get any of your maintenance requests fixed. A gated community?? Yeah right! The gated are never closed. Management sucks!! There is always trash and fliers in the walkways. As of November 2004 the free printing paper is not free. You have to bring your own paper. Then it's likle being at the free computer lab on campus because you have to stand in line to get your papers. The door to our apartment was left unlock by the maintence man. Management denied leaving it unlock because thier men ALWAYS lock the doors. Which is so funny because 3 weeks later there was an article in the Alligator about them leaving another tenants apartment door open.
