If you like throw-up running down the balconies to yours, used condoms being thrown in front of everyones doors, and American wedding haircuts (you know what I mean) taking place outside your building, then Gainesville place is the perfect place for you. I could hear everytime someone above me used the rest room. I could be in my room A and hear my roommate in room D having 'a good ol time' with her boyfriend in her room. My roommates car was broken into, seven cars where vandolized and had their windows bashed in...way to go gated community! My neighbors even set off firecrackers that set someone else's car on fire. And the management is the worse...especially Janice, whom never wants to help you with any problems. The even tried tricking myself and my roommates to make us pay for paint...they showed us a brand new lease inside of our old leases that WE signed. They are con artists and care nothing about their tenants. And whatever you do, do not allow maid service into your apartment....they use the same water and cleaning tools for EVERYONES place...that's so dirty. Also they lowered their rent from $480 to $430 which is cool, unless you already live there! If you are a previous tenant, you don't get the new rent...you are stuck paying $480. The new rent is only for the NEW tenants. Gainesville Place sucks and I would never recommend living there...NEVER!
