Given that they do have maid service, they never clean anything! There was a pipe-leak from one of the maintenance people and it took them 3 weeks to fix! They had to tear down the wall and fix it. It was so noisy, everyone (four bedroom, four baths) got sick from the mold and the repair people. Management didn't even have us move temporarily to another apt. over there for our own health and security sake! Parking is horrible, everyone parks everywhere.. Towing is bad too. On my first day moving in, nobody told me about decals (management too) and when I went back out to my car to get my last load to unpack, it was gone. I had to wait three days (it was a Friday) to get my car back from the Towing Company because they were closed and fined my rediculous amount: $200.-/day. It was so noisy there, all the parties and the roommate matching isn't fool-proof! I had horrible and back-stabbing roommates the entire time and through many complaints and requests to move into another apt. over there, no response. A few people who work there are good, but most of them suck. And now, thanks to Machen and Pardigme (SP), there are cops in front of the gates, pulling you over to do tests to see if you have alochal or have being drinking any. There was a bing compaint when a guy was just sitting on his mortocycle (turned off) with his keys in hand, and in the other hand, a bottle of beer. HE GOT A TICKET! Now he can't even atttend UF anymore because of the ticket (again, thanks to Machen). As far as security, there is none. Cops don't do their job, the gates never work, stuff gets stolen all the time, maintenance people are assholes, it's loud, walls are paper-thin, AND there are drunks throughout half the weeknights and the weekends. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It's going to hell. Did I mention that the garbage gets piled up and YOU WILL BE FINED for it?!!!!!!
