The apartments are wonderful in size and price. Maximum Realty upgraded the apartments recently. If something didn't work it was repaired quickly. No comment on the laundry room. My machines are at a friend's home. I know they were repaired. The only problem is noise - if you live on the first floor you are privy to anything from above you. ANYTHING!! I know when they come home, have sex, argue, age, animal, etc. Since it is a family friendly complex, there are kids screaming, playing and you adapt. Maximum tried to keep the partying out and every day people here. Neighbors can be trashy with one dumpster overflowing/stacked around and another empty. Vehicles speed through a complex with speed bumps, children and U-shaped driveway.
