I have lived in a Kensington Condo for over a year now. It is one of the best places in Gainesville - hands down! It is much nicer than any other places I have seen (and I have seen plenty). The location is awsome. It's right on a couple of bus routes that take me straight to campus in just a couple of minutes. I highly recommend Kensington North to anyone!!!
