Very expensive for "paper-thin" walled apartments with cheap appliances that don't work properly. Half the time you can't use the pool or jacuzzi. Equipment in workout room needs replacing....worn out/broken. Car vacuum doesn't work well. These apartments are not worth what they are charging! Be cautious and shop around!
