Dont be fooled by model. These apartments are cheaply built and things break all the time. When things do break dont expect it to be fixed any time soon. Many things were wrong with the apt. when we moved in, like water damage on the bathroom baseboards, spray paint stains on the porch, the dishwasher did not work, the apt was not cleaned the fans were covered in dust, and they promised to fix everything. But, it took weeks and all they did was come clean again and didnt even bother cleaning the fans and didn't fix the water damage or the spray paint stains. The complex itself is poorly maintained. The pool and hot tub has been closed off and on, the vacuum at the car wash does not work and it doesn' t even return your money when it wont turn on, and the sprinklers spray all over the sidewalks and cars, I have even seen them on when its pouring down raining. I have have been very dissatisfied with the quality, maintenence, and price of theses apts. I would not recommend Lake Crossing to anyone. You could probably get a better quality apt. for half the price. Shop around
