I was a guard there, The manager, Diane is a fucking idiot! She blames the guards for things that were beyond our control. Guards respond to calls, by that time the incident has already happened and it was always the guard's fault. Someone was yelling in her breezeway, and it was my fault. She would lock the guards out of the bathrooms. I brought it to her attention and was told i wasn't allowed back there. A sigh of relief! She was always drinking and smoking pot with the residents! Unprofessional! Her unsupervised, bratty hellion would break the rules and was told that he didn't have to listen to us! She would go around unlocking doors after we had checked and call my boss to say I wasn't doing my job! I would expect more from someone who had that much responsibility!
