OK, my apartment was in terrible shape when I moved in. I was actually embarrassed by it. It took weeks of begging to get the most basic repairs done. During this process every contact I had with the manager was terrible. Every single comment, complaint, question, or request was countered with a bad attitude from the manager. The general office staff is usually very helpful, but the turnover rate is very high and you are not likely to see the same face every time you visit. However, after meeting the manager I can see why turnover is so high. I will probably be leaving when my lease is up since I don't think I can tolorate this much longer.
