Just before moving in here, I read the reviews given to Magnolia Place and I became a little worried...almost everything seemed negative. However, once I moved in I soon realized that none of these things were of concern. I'm not discrediting the other reviewers, but their opinions were made at least 2-3 years ago when the complex was first opened. Since then, Greyhawk has done a wonderful job running the place and I haven't had one complaint. Management is very friendly, the staff knows us by name, the grounds are kept in prime condition all seasons (including the pool area), my neighbors are very friendly, there are no noise complaints, the units are wonderfully designed...I could go on and on. I'm very glad I moved in here; I recently lived at Hampton Oaks townhomes and the management/ grounds/ neighbors/ noise/ maintainance/ etc. were NOT at all worth the money, but I feel very at home at Magnolia. Unless you are an extremely negative person that can find something wrong with everything, I think you would love it here too.
