i love this place. the walls must be well insulated because when its freezing outside i'm cozy inside without the heat. i only hear my neighbors when they're outside and its faint. i never hear anyone making noise through the walls. i haven't had any maintenance problems except for a leaky toilet the day i moved in and it was fixed within 2 hours. i would definitely recommend this place. if you want peace and quiet just request the quiet section. i heard it was party central towards the back of the property. the only downfall is that there are no w/d hookups. the laundry facility is a little pricey- $1.30 to wash and $1.60 to dry. other than that everything is great and everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. oh and the parking spots are normal size, you don't have to be a pro to park a big vehicle like at some places.
