Now I've only lived here under it's new moniker "Biven's Cove" but from what I've read through these past reviews not much has changed. The model they initially show you puts what you'll actually be residing in to shame. Apartments are over priced, a single adult with a full time job and could live here if they ate off the McDonald's dollar menu every day. For $659, hope you don't enjoy things such as friends and a life.
On top of that, matinence just kinda walks in whenever they feel like, without knocking. For all they know you could be walking the house naked and they would just let themselves right in. It also takes days to get them to do anything, correctly takes even longer.
Managment consists fresh out of or still in college women who do not seem to know a damn thing about anything unless it what time and where your dog crapped or maybe what you watched on tv lastnight. It's borderline creepy what they do know sometimes. So in essence, what I'm saying is, they know nothing about their actual jobs but they know everything about your business. Everything.
One last little bit of annoyance is that the laundry system runs with reloadable cards. Cards which can only be reloaded IN THE OFFICE! So should you have a job (which is all you'll have) that takes you past 6:00 p.m. you can forget doing laundry on that day or the weekends, because it's closed!
So if you enjoy no money, no social life, prying into what life you DO have, and problems with the laundry, live with your parents! It's better than Biven's cove. Honest.
