Oxford Manor is a somewhat quite gated community. The appliances in my apartment are somewhat out dated and it somestimes maintenance a while to get to fixing things. Other than that the apartment was is good shape when I moved in asside from dirty walls and dirty spotted carpets. I would recommend it for someone who is looking to stay with a friend or who is looking for a roommate.
