additionally, they let drunk people drive through the gate all the time- the guard can't stop that and a little piece of wood is not going to stop a determined drunk driver.
people have dinged up my car in the parking lot because they just have no respect for anyone or themselves.
i can hear my neighbors having sex all the time. they also have loud music. there are parties in the neighboring bldgs (usually only in the 3 bdrms). but even though most of the bldgs around me are 2 and 1 bdrm apartments, theres still a couple of the 3 bdrms that are filled with loud undergrads.
the office staff is always very nice when i go down. they are professional and curteous. the old property mgr just left, so i dont know how this new one is. she's very young, but i dont think that really matters. seems very professional.
i just dont want people moving in here thinking that its quiet and that they will be safe. think again. they will blow smoke up your butt when you come here and flat out lie to you when you ask... i was around the office the other day and heard some people ask if it was a quiet complex and the leasing agent said that it was and there were hardly any parties... but then she followed it with the occupancy was 75% undergrad. think about that people...
oh and one more thing... these places are so old, they are infested with all sorts of insects. i know i saw termites before and i know that there is a major problem with carpenter ants!!!
