the manager Debbie is the worst and unfriendly person I have saw so far!!!!!!!!!! I lived here 3 years only for convenience and I am so lazy to find another one, and not because I like it! Now I am going to move out, and I will tell all of my friends to not stay here and suffer the excruciate from Debbie!
She discriminate international people, rude to us immediately we sign the lease. She is a horrible lady.The only thing she like is money I think. the most inurbane thing she did to me and my roomie is she said she has right to ask us not stand in the office because we find she tell a lie, and I insisted on an explaination. Now you know why this apartment complex is not expensive. Things may possibly change in PARK 16th if paradigm fire Debbie. People live here need a nice and friendly manager.
