Comparing with the nearby complex, Park 16th might be a little cheaper~ While, if I had the choice to choose again, I would be willing to pay a little higher to live somewhere else to make my money more worthy~ Currently~~ Jan 2, the new year of 2007, there is No water supply in my apartment!!! Cann't you believe it? Has lasted for 2 days!!!!!! No one in the leasing office to take care of this!! We and other friends living here have no idea what to do except waiting for the leasing office open~ Overall, Park 16th sucks~
