Management is non responsive and rude. Management is friendly until you sign the lease and then you learn who they really are. They don't fix anything unless you complain about it 5 times and wait at least a month. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, one of my biggest mistakes! The worst place to live in gainesville!!!!
