Piccadilly is amazing. The office staff knows pretty much everybody by name and Becca is an amazing office manager. The maintenance guys fix things right the first time & there isn't even anything to fix! The only thing that maintenance had to fix was our toilet because it was tilted.
Appliances are new and our neighbors are extremely quiet. So far everything has been perfect. The only thing I could even complain about is not having higher counters in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great place to live.
PS: Piccadilly is located in the perfect part of town: no crime & convenient to every grocery store and restaurant. You can walk to the bus stop which is right outside on 34th St. Archer Rd. is less than 1/2 a mile away and if you want a job, you can walk to Target, Best Buy, etc if you needed to. Strongly recommended!!!!
