I moved into Piccadilly as a somewhat temporary thing until I found roomates. I've lived here for about three months now, and I don't want my lease to be up! I pay 530 a month for a one bedroom, which is very reasonable considering the size, amenities, and how close it is to campus. They offer very flexible leases...4,6, and 12 month, if I recall correctly. I feel very safe living by myself here and I have never had any problems with any of my neighbors. The landscape is lovely, the pool is gorgeous, and there is always plenty of OPEN parking. (yep, no need to stress out your guests about finding a VISITOR parking spot). Piccadilly makes me happy.
