I have lived here for over two years, and I absolutly love it here. First of all the rent is super cheap!!! The staff is very quick to fix any problems I had. Our neighbors had some kind of water issue and that very same day we got a call and a note that someone was comming over to our house to check to make sure there was no water damage going on, apparently there was and the next day I came home from work, I had all new cabnets on the one side where there was water damage. For a while the laundry room dryer was not working, however they have just put in ALL NEW WASHERS AND DRYERS. I barley notice that I have neighbors, I don't come home to a "bad neighborhood" and I'm certinalty not kept up all hours of the night. I love how quite it is, yet it is so close to the college, I can walk there. There is a walgreens, a gas station, publix and a couple of resturants all with in walking distance. I have recommended this place to all of my friends who were unhappy with where they are living, and I reccommend this place to anyone who plans on moving out. I will certinatly stay here another year or two until I plan on buying a house.
