This community is terrible for so many reasons. The only reason to live here is that it is cheap, but it is cheap for a reason. The units are disgustingly dirty upon move in, even though they claim the units are "professionally cleaned." Also on move in day i noticed a few holes in my wall, a shower full of broken tiles, and mold covering the ceiling. The rooms are extremely small, and the furniture is terrible. The roomate matching system they claim to offer consists of managment sticking you in the first available room they can find. If you enjoy sleeping every once in a while you will be very dissapointed. Managment does absolutely nothing about the out of control parties that lead to shady looking individuals scattered all over the complex. I can't count the number of times I have been woken up by people screaming/fighting/blaring music at 5 in the morning, not just on weekends either. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and find a decent place to live.
