I was all for University Glades until I moved in. They painted over the mold in our apartment, never fixed the sinks, our shower continually clogs up... and worst of all, the heater won't work correctly.
They are so cheap that they buy a horrible Heating system that accumulates so much dust that when you finally choose to use it, it sets off the smoke alarm and fire alarm in your apartment. Talk about a fire hazard!
Do not live here unless you like noise and cheap, gross appliances.
I will not renew my lease.
My advice, spend a few more dollars on a better place with better management and it will SAVE YOU MONEY AND TIME IN THE END.
