I've lived here for over a year in peace and quiet by myself. The floor plan gives you the most space and flexibility for your rent money.
I can sometimes hear my neighbors on the phone or above walking around, but after living in many other infamous places in Gainesville this is a VERY quiet apartment complex. Residents are kind and respectful towards one another.
The apartment staff are very kind to you if you return the favor and don't cause noise complaints or litter the grounds. They love to work with you on any problems you have and are very well trusted.
My only regret was not signing back up for a renewal!
