I think everything is pretty much liveable. As far as maintenance goes you have to be consistant in your requests, otherwise with like 5 maintenance guys and 3 apt complexes they get pretty busy. When I moved in I requested all new dors, stove, bathrooms things, lights, etc and got it all, plus they let me move in with my puppy who was too big (all of 45 lbs) to move anywhere else. The pools ar so nice, landscape is great, their laundry facilities could be better but weekly they have a maid that comes in and cleans al the hallways...very impressed for $525/month
