Its a crappy complex with old buildings and they steal your deposit. If you want to get a hold of the manager SUSAN STWERT ( MAJOR BITCH) you never will because she rips college students off. Stay away from Sun bay and all Sun Island apartments it sucks and they have been ripping people off for years those thieves.
