We lived her for 2 years (2000-2002). Thay had horrible management in the office and two maintanance men. One was nice, but unfortunately, he was influenced by the perverted freckle faced asswipe who worked/works there. The pervert made frequent sexual comments until I one days asked him if he was a fan of the Sexualy Harrassmant lawsuit industry. It shut him up, but he continued to give these looks. Although things broke often, we let them slip by in out last year just because we didn't want to deal witht he perv. And do not trust the pictures on their website. I do have to say though, that in my day, their pool usually was clean. And do forget about your deposit. They told us we HAd to get someone to clean our carpets, so we did. Then they decided to charge us another $80 becuase it wasn't to their satisfaction. The carpet was fine, but after 2 years, it is going to have some wear to it anyway. They are HorriBULL
