When we first moved in everything was cool. The whole staff was wonderful. Things quickly changed. If you live on the first floor, get ready for the flooding. It happend every time there was heavy rain. My bed was completely ruined. The only thing management did was bring these huge, loud yellow fans to dry the carpet. It took the carpet from 2-3 days to dry. When the carpet would dry, it left behind this horrible smell that we had to deal with until it went away. Then there's the lizards that find there way inside even if you don't open the windows or the sliding door. At times the toilet wouldn't flush or if it would flush, it would run over and wet the floor. We had to provide our own blinds. The bathroom ceiling is messed up from a leak that came from upstairs. The noise is horrible. You can hear every move that your upstairs neighbor make. You can hear their music as well as their tv. You have to get cable/internet service through the complex. We never complained too much because the rent was reasonable. Our current lease is about to expire and our rent is going to go up to $600 a month starting 8/07. I think they'll have to get that from the lizards because hopefully we wont be here. Be very careful of the office staff.
