Halls stink. Thin walls, you can hear every sound coming from the apartments surrounding yours. Squeking floors. Rusty bathtubs. Decaying bathroom and kitchen cabinets. Poor pest control. Poor maintenance. Dirty pool, not the one next to the office, though, but the other one....go in AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Staff somewhat friendly.
