I've lived here since 2005. My apartment is on the 2nd floor. I read the previous reviews...well, I agree that noise is a problem, staff are, well, soso. I heard stories about the deposit but I haven't moved out yet so we'll see. I think 2nd floor is better than 1st floor in turns of noises, bugs, or security. Especailly if you live in the 1st floor and you're more close to the WinnDixie neighhood, don't live the window/door open if you're not in the room. At night remember to close the blinds. The good thing to live here is since I don't drive, it's convenient to have Winn-Dixie in the next block. School is not within the walking distance as they claim (you have to walk 30 minutes) but the buese (#16&17) are convenient.
I like my apartment a lot so for me, so living here it's not that as bad as others' examples. But the rent goes up every year (and this month also the internet fee...) so I'm planning to move to the school housing as soon as I can get one..
