Obviously, their marketing people are at it again. They tend to oversell, paint a rosey picture and sometimes outright LIE to get you to sign a lease or to renew. Here's the truth! Teh Courtyards is not the best. Its not the worst. Its ok. Particularly if you are a younger student and don't mind a party atmosphere. I lived there for almost 3 years. What made me move? The wireless internet NEVER worked. My room mates were psycho (yeah, they matched allright - just not with me). Frat boys peed in the pool constantly. The amount of money each month that I owed changed every single month. BUT I was told that UTILITIES were included. THEY ARE NOT - DON'T BELIEVE IT! I finally was able to get out by subleasing. I felt so bad for the person who I happened to know through school. When they moved out they were charged for stuff like burn marks on the shelves that probably have been there for 10 years, trash that other people threw into their yard (peeing frat boys from above) and a torn mattress that also had been there for many many years! The bedrooms are tiny, the bathrooms are OLD and a lot of them are rotting. Nothing is well insulated so be prepared for HIGH UTILITY
