My friend and I moved into the Courtyards because we thought it would be a convenient location. That turned out to be the only good thing about this place.
The parking here is Gainesville at its finest, meaning your friends are likely to get towed even if they're here for only ten minutes. The parking lot is usually full, and I ended up having to park a couple blocks away on numerous occasions.
The only form of security here is that the cops come by every other night because of how loud it always is. The coded gates may as well be revolving doors. There's even been a homeless man in the middle of the courtyard stopping residents and trying to get money from them. On several occasions there have been large scale fights around the complex, not broken up until police arrived an hour later.
The noise, as mentioned before, is atrocious. There are parties almost constantly, and these last until 4 or 5 in the morning. Sleep is very difficult, and studying nearly impossible.
The rooms are ridiculously tiny. Prisoners have more space in a jail cell than you will have in the courtyards.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
