This place is worse than public housing (sorry--no offense to anyone). It is over-priced, the location is sorry and loud, I've had my tires slashed, I can't get my toilet fixed, someone has a barking dog, and the "property managers" are just rude. The rich guy who owns all of the Paradigm Properties is just making money and not caring. I heard he used to care when he was a young guy and fixed up places in the student ghetto across from UF, but if this is the kind of business he runs now, I don't know how he can sleep at night.
