If you dont want pets that "cant live in a cage" then i recommend the landings. We lived on the third floor and so noise was not an issue (1-2 parties a month and always on Saturday not a weekdays). The apartment was cheap but prices are going up. Management is EXCELLENT. Had 1 problem with the dishwasher fixed within 12 hours. We bought a light and fan and maintenance offered to put it up for us! Mgmt always nice. Landscaping always clean. Nice neighbors. No towing. Busses every 15 minutes i wake up 30 minutes before class and make it. Pool and grills always clean. BUT NO PETS. Beside that i would have renewed.
