I have lived in The Landings for 2 years and I am renewing for my third. I love it here-maintenance and mangement very helpful, very friendly. The aprtments are very spacious, each bedroom has its own bath so no sharing! The complex is small, cozy, and friendly. Parties occasionally but always on a weekend. Never late for class-Bus stop is first on the route. Huge advantage! In addition-no tow away parking, yet I ALWAYS have a spot and so do my friends! I highly recommend it! one and only negative is no pets allowed, that is unless it is in a cage. But on the bright side-apartment will never smell like animal and I never have to watch for dog poop!
