I felt part relief and part disgust to find out that my roommates and I were not alone in our awful experience with the paradigm properties management. This month (June) marks a year since we first reported a roof leak by the living room window that STILL leaks and they refuse to repair by calling us liars. I suffered seriously from bad allergies in May, until they finally decided to come clean the mold in my room nearly a month after I first reported it. Our complaints were met with absolute rudeness, especially by the office manger Anna. Avoid all Paradigm properties if you can.
