I am a single girl and have had random people knock on my door at all hours. I have also heard what I believe to be gun shots and have been told by numerous people to not be outside past dark. This place I think would not be bad for a single guy, but women beware. There are guys that come up to you when you are trying to get in and out of your car and proposition you. Older men that sit outside and watch your every move. It just gave me the creeps. Not to mention that the place has extremely poor lighting and it is dark and I was startled on more than one occasion by someone learking around in the dark.
