My husband, at the time my boyfriend, was leasing the apartment. With a wedding planned in 6 weeks, he attempted to find someone to sublease the apartment (TOTAL DISASTER) - not because of the subleasers but because of the management. Management gave my husband, the person interested in subleasing the apartment and her boyfriend 3 different monthly rental prices. After being shuffled around by office management for over a month, the potential subleaser decided to live elsewhere. Now, we are in litigation with the management because they feel we should be responsible for the apartment even though they are the reason the people didn't sign the lease aggreement. Don't be fooled by their "Newly Remodeled" statements and now being called "Courtney Greens." These are the same scumbag of management that oversaw The Woods Villas. They will screw you out of every penny they possibly can... Please be aware of this company. Sign the minimal lease agreement that you can so you are not stuck in the position that their company put us in. I would not even recommend this apartment and their scummy management to my worst enemy who I would pray could be screwed out of all of their money. Just don't get yourself involved with this company, or you will potentially regret it in the future.
