The office staff and maintence guy have been amazing with me ever since I've been here. They are super friendly and helpful. The rent is so cheap it's the envy of all my friends and yet the apartment is very liveable. It's not the classiest place in town but the washer and drier in the unit is a great feature and anything that goes wrong always gets fixed. It's in a great wooded setting and the only thing that takes away from the atmosphere is it's proximity to the "bad" part of town. I used to throw a lot of big parties here last year and no one ever complained about parking or noise. I can often hear the upstairs neighbors walking around but I assume that happens with many apartment complexes and it's easy to tune-out. I've lived here for two years and the only reason I'm moving out is because they don't offer one bedroom apartments here. My younger sister is coming to UF next year, and once she gets off campus, I'm going to recommend Treehouse.
