I've lived at UC Commons for two years and they have the greatest maitenance staff ever. This year I flooded my apartment (we're talking huge here) on a Saturday, and Danny was out here within twenty minutes. My entire apartment was water-free and my pipes fixed within an hour! The location is awesome and it's on the best busroute to campus, the 9 and the 35 (if you live in East, West uses the 12 which is decent). The place is roomy for a decent price.
