The apartment is really nice. I live on the third floor and I love it because we have vaulted ceilings, which makes the place look even bigger. It's not too loud and it's in a very convenient location. The little side road that runs along Archer helps you beat a lot of traffic! Reasonable price, nice apartment! Office/management are always quick to get something fixed or help you out. However, the wireless internet is not good! The way it is now, you need to rely on another source of internet.
