For Ventura doing a 6 month lease is nice, the price is good and oppose to previous reviews since I have moved in myself and my friend do not share the same "simple mind" we enjoy the vast variety of culture at Ventura Apts which is great if you are wanting to expand your knowledge. Since I have moved here I have learned that most of my neighbors attend the University of Florida and the neighboring hospitals/schools. The inside of the apartment could use some updating/remodeling. The price is good and located close to the University where I attend.
