Call 'em again!!!! This place has gone to the mexicans bad!! I moved in about a year ago and it was ok. Then somebody cut a hole in the fence, and let the mexicans in. They are not so quiet and although they do keep to themselves, (i suspect that has more to do with the language barrier than any sense of courtesy). But they will stare holes through you. Seriously. They hang out at all hours of the night, generally hanging off the balconies and loitering around the stairs. There are worse people in the neighborhood such as the drug dealer directly above me. i've got the most suspect looking people coming and going to this guys door to the early hours of the night. Want to do your laundry in peace? Find another place to wash your socks. Most always you'll find 4 or more guys washing their bandero and siesta blankets. The laundry room in this place is a joke. Takes a dollar in quarters to wash, and a dollar in quarters to dry. The washing machines in this place are so small compared to other places its crazy. Takes about 2 bucks to wash a normal sized load of clothes you'd do at mom's house. Actually want to throw your freshly washed clothes in the dryer? Uh-Oh, the machine just quit running again and left your clothes soaking wet. Thats if you can find an available machine to rip you off. With six or seven guys living to an apartment and apparently all working construction, they tend to dirty up a lot of clothes. Now you're out of coins and have to go to the nearest quckie mart. Don't get me started on that place. So to review, the apartment itself is ok, the managment people are nice, if oblivious. The rent per month ain't bad, but if you can find another place to live that is comparable, i would suggest that you go there. In terms of were i'd like to live i would put this place somewhere between burnig in hell and crashing at moms house.
