I have been living here for almost a year and can't get this song out of my head. Sure the walls are thick, but not the floor, so hope you get a ground floor unit. There are 6 or 7 Mexican guys that live directly below me that like to play their music all night to early in the morning. They drink Tequila and dance with each other in the parking lot, and when they are done playing with each other they invite the prostitutes over! Then there are 4 or 5 Mexican guys living right next to me that think that my doorstep is somewhere that they can sit and my front window is where they are supposed to talk on their phone! They throw trash and beer bottles everywhere.
The sad thing is that the office doesn't care that this is all happening. I have to call the cops almost every night to have them come and control the neighbors. I can't check my mail without having a hole burned through me by 10 Mexicans eyes.
Sure, they are renovating, but I don't use the pool, and I don't rent the leasing office. I care about the place that I am sleeping and don't want to worry about the roaches crawling over me at night! The fixtures are falling apart. Sure the maintenance guys are nice and fix everything quickly, but it takes about 2 months to get the leasing office to give the maintenance the work order!
If you decide to move in don't forget your salsa, tostitos, and tequila!!!!
