From the outside, the apartments are really nice. the grounds are extremely well kept and the pool is beautiful. I live in a renovated apartment (which they charge $100 extra a month for. They tell you that everythign is new, but in actuality the only things that are new are those visible (walls, carpet, appliances). Everything on the interior (cable, electricity, plumbing) is the original from 1971. It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with all the issues this place has. Maintenance continually comes in, and, although they are all nice guys, the job doesn't always get done. The office staff is awful. Miserable, unhelpful people. I wouldnt' recommend it. The rent is high, especially for what you get (and don't get)...I get lots of compliments on the way my apartment looks...but its not worth the hassle...
