Apartment Review for Huntington Lakes

My family and I loved living at Huntington Lakes, it is hands down the best place we ever lived. We love the neighborhood with all the lakes and trees.It has a wonderful pool area and I have spoken to people who live at other CMC properties who are jealous of the pool. The maintenance was always very prompt and professional and always very apologetic. We once had a leak in our ceiling from our upstairs neighbor after hours and they responded right away. They even respond the same day to minimal repairs like a broken drawer. The only problem we had with the place is that it was hard to get to know the management or office workers; it seems to be the policy to switch them around to work at other properties. The location is the one of the best parts about the property as well. It is in a quiet part of town with a lot of good restaurants and parks nearby but it is close to the interstate as well. My husband is being transferred for a job and the worst part about moving is how much we will miss the neighborhood.
